MISMATCHED — TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES

1. GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order through our website or social media, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, policies, delivery timelines, and conditions stated below.

All orders are considered confirmed once payment is completed.

2. ORDER TYPES & DELIVERY TIME

Normal Orders

Most items are sourced from international suppliers.

Processing time: 5–7 working days

Estimated delivery: 14–21 days after dispatch

Delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on supplier, courier, and customs clearance.

Pre-Order Items

Some products are marked as PRE-ORDER.

A pre-order means:

Item not currently in stock

Ordered specifically after purchase

Requires extended preparation & shipping time

Pre-order delivery:

Takes longer than regular orders

May exceed 30 days depending on supplier and customs

By placing a pre-order, the customer agrees to the extended waiting period.

Orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery time.

3. SHIPPING & DELAYS

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

The company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, suppliers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once the order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders are prepared specifically per customer request.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellation is not permitted.

5. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if there is a confirmed error from the company, including:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged item received

• Item unavailable after purchase

Wrong Item Policy

If a wrong item is received due to company error:

The correct item will be sent as a replacement if available.

If replacement is possible, a refund will not be issued.

Refunds are only issued if the correct item is unavailable or cannot be replaced.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Refunds take approximately 1–2 weeks to be deposited back into the customer’s account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Shipping or customs delays

Pre-order waiting time

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size selected by customer

Failure to read product description or delivery timeline

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all terms stated above and acknowledges that delivery timelines and policies were clearly disclosed prior to payment.
