YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT

By placing an order through our Website / Application, you are confirming that you are in an agreement to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those products at the displayed prices at the order's date and time. The product's prices are subject to change. Such as having a promotional codes/Sales or when it is incorrectly priced. In case of pricing incorrectly, you will be contacted for your instructions before we deliver your order. The price is exclusive of any value added tax, if applicable (i.e. VAT or GST or other similar taxes or charges) applicable under the prevailing law.

An order is placed , after confirming the order and checking out. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. We will provide a full refund for any item purchased from BabiesMoments that is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Exchanges

We will exchange any item purchased from BabiesMoments for another item of equal value within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. The item being exchanged must be returned in its original condition.
