Free Delivery Services

We offer free delivery services from our company, Gulf Inventor,
for purchases of 25 Kuwaiti Dinars or more.

Product Return Services

If the return is made at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver, a 3 KD delivery fee will be deducted.
Returns within one day also incur a 3 KD delivery fee.
Returned products must be in perfect, original condition.
These conditions are set by the delivery companies.
Products that come into contact with the skin – in accordance with clause (1) of the Consumer Protection Regulations No. 7 by the Ministry of Commerce –
are non-returnable after 24 hours unless unused, untested, and completely unopened from their original packaging.

In our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering the highest standards of service, Gulf Inventor Company has adopted the following return policy:

First: Return Conditions

Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its complete original packaging.
The original purchase invoice or proof of payment must be provided with the returned product.
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.
Discounted products or those sold during promotional campaigns are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed or there is an error in the order.

Second: Return Procedure

Customers must contact Gulf Inventor’s customer service to submit a return request.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, arrangements will be made for product collection through the company’s authorized delivery partner.

Third: Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are non-refundable in all return cases, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by the company.

The customer is responsible for a 3 KD delivery charge, payable directly to the delivery service upon pickup of the returned product.

Fourth: Refund Process

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet return conditions.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Refunds do not include any charges paid for delivery or additional services.

Special Note: Skin-Contact Products

Any used product that comes into contact with the skin is non-returnable to protect customer health and avoid the risk of skin or health issues transmission. This is a precaution to ensure the well-being of all customers.
