1. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed after successful payment and order confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing a correct phone number, address, product selection and order notes.

2. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested before preparation begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them. Once preparation has started, fresh or customized products may not be cancellable, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.

3. Customized Products and Allergies

Customers must verify names, images and messages requested for cakes before confirming the order. Minor variations in color and decoration may occur. Please notify us of food allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation environment.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather and location. The customer must remain reachable when the order arrives. Any delivery charge is displayed before payment.

5. Returns and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and a clear photo. After review, the appropriate remedy may be replacement, compensation or refund, depending on the case and Kuwaiti law. Correctly supplied food products cannot be returned merely because of a change of mind, without limiting statutory consumer rights.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.

7. Prices and Promotions

Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinars. Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated validity and conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
