Balsamic  - Chef Massimo Tenderloin with Truffle Recipe (25% Discount) - Steak Tenderloin  with Truffle ✨
Ingredients • 🥩 Steak Tenderloin – 250 g • 🧈 Butter – 40 g • 🥛 Fresh cream – 80 ml • 🍄 Fresh truffle or truffle paste – to taste • 🫒 Garlic-infused olive oil – a drizzle • 🧄 Garlic cloves – 2 (crushed, skin on) • 🌿 Fresh rosemary – 1 sprig • 🧂 Sea salt flakes – to taste

Method
1️⃣ Prepare the meatBring the Tenderloin to room temperature. Rub with garlic-infused olive oil and season with sea salt flakes.
2️⃣ Perfect searHeat a  pan until very hot. Add a knob of butter, and when it turns nutty-brown, place the steak with garlic and rosemary. Sear 2–3 minutes per side, basting continuously with the melted butter.
3️⃣ RestRemove the steak and let it rest on a rack for 5 minutes, allowing the juices to settle for maximum tenderness.
4️⃣ Truffle cream sauceIn the same pan, pour in the fresh cream and stir in the truffle paste (or freshly grated truffle). Let it reduce into a smooth, silky sauce. Season lightly with salt.
5️⃣ FinishReturn the steak briefly to the pan, just enough to coat it with the sauce.
6️⃣ PlatingPlace the Steak at the center of the plate, spoon over the creamy truffle sauce, and finish with some herbs  on top.
