Delfy kw - 7007b Base Coat - Water-based solvent-free formula that creates a protective layer between the nail surface and the nail color to preserve the integrity and the natural moisture balance of the nail. Instantly and efficiently facilitates removal of colored, glittered or effect nail polish without the need for a nail polish remover. Does not dry nail, doesn’t remove the lipid film. How to use: Apply one thick coat on bare nail. Let it dry for about 10 minutes until the white opaque film becomes transparent. Apply your nail polish. Just peel it off to remove.
